As head of Computer Engineering Department for over 12 years I was responsible for academic administration, curriculum development and restructuring of study plan and new courses. I played a leading role in three rounds of program accreditation by the Commission for Academic Accreditation. Apart from teaching courses in the colleges of engineering and information technology, I supervised an average of ten students' graduation projects every year. During this period I was actively involved in research and consultancy for commercial software projects.
