I am specialized in Accounitng and Finance. I earned my PhD degree from the School of Management (Accounting and Finance Group) Bath University, England in 1987. My PhD thesis was on financing of small business. The thesis was coded by London Business School in small Business Bib – (1989) as a source of Literature in small business financing (LSB, SBB, 1989).My research interest is on small business financing, corporate governance and financing decision, financial institutions behaviour, capital adequacy and technical efficiency of the banking sector. Quality assurance and ranking questions are my new area of research interest. I am embarking on a number of joint research works with my professors, colleagues and my students.
