Dr.Nisha Shantakumari is a physiologist with an MBBS and MD (Physiology) degree from Medical College Trivandrum, India and DNB (Physiology) degree from the National board of examinations, India .She also holds a degree in Graduate Diploma in Health Professions Education. She has been involved in teaching medical, dental, pharmacy and physiotherapy students for over fifteen years in different medical universities in the United Arab Emirates and has a comprehensive experience in the field of curriculum development, assessment and evaluation. Her research interests are in the areas of medical education and cardiovascular physiology
