I hold a Ph.D. in English. My goal as an educator is to enable my students to be reflective, knowledgeable, and confident in their skills. I am also an educator with a particular interest in soft skills, communication skills and ESP. I participated in coordinating, customizing and designing soft skills courses for prestigious institutions in the UAE and other countries. I joined AU 13 years ago. I also worked as a director for the Continuing Education Center of Ajman University. Prior to that, I was an academic advisor for the Saudi- British Institute and Academic Counselor at Al-Quds University.
