Alberto Ibanez Fernandez is a Full Time Faculty in the department of Business Administration at Ajman University, UAE. We are in the process of accrediting our MBA H.R. program by the national government of the U.A.E. and an independent accreditation agency. Those will be the first step towards achieving international Accreditation such as AACSB and NIBS (Network of International Business Schools). Achieving the goal of an international accreditations will open the doors to dozens of the most prestigious universities across five continents for Ajman students and professors. It will also provide opportunities for exchange, full time, and short term immersion academic and cultural programs for students outside the U.A.E. in a region of the world where every important aspect is happening around education.
