H K is an old female patient of Caucasian origin, with a chief complaint saying her lower jaw is sticking out and she is feeling shy to smile. Clinically she is presented with late mixed dentition, class III malocclusion on skeletal III base, reverse over jet of 7 mm, narrow crowded upper arch, open bite (5 mm), bilateral posterior cross bite, retroclined lower anterior teeth and upper midline shied 3 mm to the right in relation to the facial midline and gingival recession in relation to lower incisors increased nasolabial angle, upper lip far behind E plane, incompetent lips and CVMi 3-4
