Abstract

The main motive of this research is to examine the effect of work family conflict and family work conflict on turnover intention. A purposive sampling technique has been used with sample N 250 respondents from banking sector of Pakistan was selected for the study. SEM was used to analyze the data. Results reveal a positive and significant impact of work family conflict and family work conflict on turnover intention.
