Abstract
This article investigates the thermal-diff usion and diff usion-thermo eff ects in the peristaltic fl ow of non-Newtonian fl uid in an asymmetric convectively heated channel. The asymmetric nature of the channel here is due to diff erent amplitudes and phases of propagation waves. Mathematical formulation is based on the constitutive relations of third-grade fl uid. The solutions of the resulting equations through lubrication approach are given for the stream function, temperature, and concentration. Eff ects of several parameters of interest are displayed and discussed through plots.
