Abstract
A patient with no comorbidities presented with stroke. On evaluation, right lower limb cellulitis and compartment syndrome was seen. Investigations revealed sepsis. Subsequent day culture of pus and blood revealed the pathogen to be Shewanella algae. Our case report highlights the management and follow-up of the condition.
