Abstract
The Editor-in-Chief has retracted this article. Several image duplications were detected within the article in Figures 8 and 9. The journal contacted the authors for an explanation and raw data. The authors responded that the histopathological studies were outsourced and not conducted in-house, contrary to the statement within the manuscript. The authors provided a correction but could not provide the original images with metadata, so the data underlying the correction could not be verified. Authors Leander Corrie, Monica Gulati, Sukriti Vishwas, Dinesh Kumar Chellappan, Gaurav Gupta, Ana Cláudia Paiva-Santos, Faisal Alotaibi, Aftab Alam, Rajaraman D. Eri, Parteek Prasher, Jon Adams, Keshav Raj Paudel, Kamal, Dua Hardeep Singh and Sachin Kumar Singh disagree with this retraction. Author Francisco Veiga has not responded to correspondence regarding this retraction.
