Abstract

Biomaterials have been shown to be advantageous in an extensive range of medical and therapeutic applications. With the emergence of intelligent tools or smart tools, biomaterial properties can be boosted and enhanced, as they can achieve predictability. Artificial Intelligence (AI) plays a vital role in this concept. With its assistance, diverse applications such as zirconia utilization, tissue engineering, biomolecular and microbial designing, and hydrogel design have been developed. The intelligent tools have immensely impacted healthcare at best, and the biomaterials that are helpful in this sector are worthy of exploration. With its ability to analyze data quickly and accurately, AI technology is endlessly helping to shape the future of dentistry and healthcare. Furthermore, AI-powered advanced dental tools can offer dentists immediate feedback during dental procedures, ensuring that their work is precise and accurate. Machine learning (ML) models have demonstrated their potential in predicting the formation of new hybrid materials, surpassing traditional human strategies. AI and ML have significantly expedited the identification and development of novel materials.
