Abstract

The magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) peristaltic flow of Jeffrey fluid in a channel with a compliant wall is investigated in the presence of heat transfer. The fluid fills the porous space. Mathematical modeling is based upon a modified Darcy's law. The solutions of stream function, velocity, and temperature distributions are derived under long wavelength and low Reynolds number approximations. The effects of the various involved key parameters are sketched and discussed.
