Abstract
The goal of this paper is to improve the cost-effectiveness of the widely used software test: regression testing. Therefore, a proposed technique based on the combination of two testing techniques: Automation Test viability Method (ATVM) and regression Test Selection based on Risk Analysis (TSRA) is developed. The proposed technique is applied to real insurance software. The results show clearly the improvement of the proposed technique against ATVM and TSRA.
