N2 - 5G technology has advanced high-speed connectivity while creating new security dangers because of expanded attack paths and IoT integration. It uses artificial intelligence to develop a security solution that combines advanced network monitoring with automatic training updates and versatile access security. AI-driven security framework achieved 98.5% accuracy, 96.4% recall, and an F1-score of 97.1% when tested with UNSW-NB15, CASIA Biometrics, and OMNeT++ synthetic data. The system showed response times under 5.2 milliseconds for real-time threats and used 85.3% less energy than other security systems released from 2022 through 2024. The tests revealed that the system detected threats better while remaining more flexible with its operations. It shows that this security framework offers promising solutions to next-generation network security challenges while remaining efficient and easy to scale.
