Abstract
In this correspondence a direct method to obtain an orthogonal realisation of an allpass transfer function from the entries of the Jury table or the Schnr-Cohn test is presented. The performance of this orthogonal realization using hxed- or floating-point implementation is discussed. Based on this formulation simple formulae for the coefficient sensitivity and output roundoff noise variances are obtained. The results are illustrated with an example.
