One of the most dialectical research areas using blockchain concepts is the aspects of intellectual property and copy rights. In this paper, we propose a novel framework of a hybrid model which combines consortium blockchain and private blockchain properties coupled with the definition of attribute-based access control to produce a suggested benchmark in preserving intellectual property law and practice. This hybrid-based model can help in solving many problems detected in Intellectual Property management using blockchain, such as provenance and authenticity.",
